How To Use

Only use Retinol Serum in your PM skincare routine.

After cleansing and hydrating with Hyaluronic Acid Serum, apply a pea-sized amount of Retinol Serum and massage into to the face and neck.

For the fragile skin around the eyes, we recommend using Retinol Eye Cream

Follow with your preferred moisturizer.

Start off using it 1-2 times per week and increase gradually if your skin can tolerate more frequent use.

When layering treatments, we suggest working from the thinnest to thickest consistency. Waiting a minute or so between applying each treatment will also help to avoid pilling.

If you have more sensitive skin, use Niacinamide before Retinol Serum to help decrease irritation.

Avoid using at the same time as AHAs (Glycolic Acid, Alpha Hydroxy Acid, Lactic Acid, Apple Cider Vinegar or Mandelic Acid), BHAs (Beta Hydroxy Acid or C-50 Blemish Treatment), or PHA Toner. Use on alternate nights.

Usage Advice

Patch TestingWhen adding new products to your skincare routine, we always recommend patch testing. Apply a small amount of the product on dry cleansed skin behind the ear or on your inner arm. Wait at least 24 hours to see if any irritation occurs. If you notice any irritation such as redness, itchiness, or burning, rinse off and discontinue use. Please note, it can take up to 72 hours for a reaction to present itself.

Introduce new products slowly, one at a time, so you can quickly identify any sources of irritation.

Mixing With Other ProductsIt is not recommended to use Retinol Serum and AHAs (Alpha Hydroxy Acid, Glycolic Acid, Lactic Acid, Mandelic Acid, Apple Cider Vinegar), BHAs (Beta Hydroxy Acid or C-50 Blemish Acid Treatment) or PHA Toner at the same time as this can lead over exfoliation and sensitized skin so alternate and use on different nights. Avoid mixing Vitamin C products at the same time (Use Vitamin C AM and Retinol Serum PM)

SpfRetinol Serum may increase the skin’s sensitivity to the sun. Always use broad-spectrum sunscreen during the day.
