How To Use ?

Cleanse your skin  Make sure your skin is clean and dry before application. Best used after a shower or bath when pores are open and skin can absorb moisture better.

Apply a small amount Squeeze a small amount of the lotion or cream onto your palm. A little goes a long way.

Massage gently  Rub it between your hands, then massage it evenly over your skin using circular motions. Focus on dry areas like elbows, knees, and heels.
