How To Use

Daily apply to skin using a cotton wool pad. Sweep over your skin, suitable for use on face and around the eyes. Recommend to use before applying  BOOTS SAKURA BRIGHT WHIP FOAM and BOOTS SAKURA BRIGHT TONING WATER.
