The APLB Retinol Vitamin C Vitamin E Facial Toner is formulated with RETINOL VITA CEN™ (a blend of Retinol, Vitamin C, Vitamin E and Cica Extract) to combat signs of skin ageing and gives it a radiance and moisture boost. It contains various types of Centella Asiatica Extract to soothe irritated and sensitive skin. The lightweight formula adheres well and absorbs quickly without leaving a sticky after-feel.

How to Use

Pour desired amount onto a cotton pad and gently sweep across the face. Pat gently to help absorption.
